Your support of the MBCA Hawaii Section and ʻOkakopa Hoʻolauleʻa 2015 helps to raise funds to be donated to Hawaii public schools; supporting programs and projects which have difficulty obtaining funds due to budget restraints or as new programs have not been able to find initial start up costs. Our beneficiaries change from year to year and are chosen from nominations submitted by local automobile clubs.

Our past beneficiaries have included Moanalua High School, 2014; Aina Haina Elementary School, 2014; Kahuku High School, 2013 and Nanakuli High School, 2012.

The MBCA Hawaii Section is affiliated with the national organization, Mercedes-Benz Club of America and is a recognized 501(c)3 organization.

Deadline to participate as an exhibitor or sponsor is 25 September 2015.

Provided at no cost to Automobile clubs with at least 10 cars participating in the Show and Shine or in the Hawaii Concours Awards.

BLACK Exhibitor

  • A 10’ x 10’ exhibit space.
  • You may include a small sample or literature in the Participants’ Bag.
  • If you plan to exhibit any vehicles, the additional donation per vehicle is $10.
  • Your logo may appear on all promotional materials, such as flyers, posters, websites, social media and emails.

Minimum donation $200.

RED Exhibitor

  • A 10’ x 20’ exhibit space.
  • You may include a small sample or literature in the Participants’ Bag.
  • If you plan to exhibit any vehicles, the additional donation per vehicle is $10.
  • Your logo may appear on all promotional materials, such as flyers, posters, websites, social media and emails.

Minimum donation $400.

GOLD Sponsor

  • There will only be two GOLD Sponsors.
  • Your organization’s name will appear as a sponsor of either the People’s Choice Awards or the Hawaii Concours Awards
  • A 10’ x 20’ exhibit space.
  • You may include a small sample or literature in the Participants’ Bag.
  • If you plan to exhibit any vehicles, the additional donation per vehicle is $10.
  • Your logo may appear on all promotional materials, such as flyers, posters, websites, social media and emails.

Minimum Donation $800.

PLATINUM Partner

  • There will only be one PLATINUM Partner.
  • Your organization’s name will appear and be a part of the “Makana Cup” until ʻOkakopa Hoʻolauleʻa 2016.
  • A 10’ x 20’ exhibit space.
  • You may include a small sample or literature in the Participants’ Bag.
  • If you plan to exhibit any vehicles, the additional donation per vehicle is $10.
  • Your logo may appear on all promotional materials, such as flyers, posters, websites, social media and emails.

Minimum Donation $1,600.
