Get your message in front of Hawaii’s automotive enthusiasts. Your company may take advantage of the tremendous exposure offered by participating as a sponsor of the premier collector car event in Hawaii.

Your support of the MBCA Hawaii Section and 76 Hawaii ʻOkakopa Hoʻolauleʻa 2017 helps to raise funds to be donated to Hawaii public schools; supporting programs and projects which have difficulty obtaining funds due to budget restraints or as new programs have not been able to find initial start up costs. Our beneficiaries change from year to year and are chosen from nominations submitted by local automobile clubs.

Our past beneficiaries have included Moanalua High School, 2014; Aina Haina Elementary School, 2014; Kahuku High School, 2013 and Nanakuli High School, 2012.

The MBCA Hawaii Section is affiliated with the national organization, Mercedes-Benz Club of America and is a recognized 501(c)3 organization.

Deadline to participate as an exhibitor or sponsor is 20 September 2017.

AUTO CLUBS

  • A 10’ x 10’ exhibit space.
  • You may include a small sample or literature in the Participants’ Bag.
  • Your logo may appear on all promotional materials, such as flyers, posters, websites, social media and emails.

Provided at no cost to Automobile clubs with at least 12 cars participating in the Show and Shine or in the Concours d’Elegance.

 

EXHIBITORS

  • A 10’ x 20’ exhibit space.
  • You may include small product sample or literature in the Participants’ Bag.
  • You may exhibit one vehicle next to your exhibit space, additional vehicles are $10 each.
  • Your logo may appear on all promotional materials, such as flyers, posters, websites, social media and emails.

Minimum donation $250.

 

AWARDS SPONSORS

People’s Choice $250 (3 awards) – First, Second and Third Place

Concours d’Elegance $800 (8 awards) – Four winners in each bracket and four runners up in each bracket

Best in Show $300 (1 award) – The Grand Prize in the Concours d’Elegance competition.

The Awards Sponsor’s business name will be printed on the award. You may also include literature and small giveaways that will go into each participant packet. Your logos will appear on all communications. You will also have space to exhibit one vehicle.
